Angrezi Medium movie has completed its first day at the box office and it has failed to give satisfactory performance. Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan starrer movie faced a lot of trouble due to coronavirus outbreak and its future journey is also expected to be on similar lines. Angrezi Medium first day collection settled just over Rs. 3.50 crores as the film failed to attract the required number of audience to its theaters.
No Further Improvement Expected Due to Theatre Ban in Major Cities
Angrezi Medium has got affected due to the theatre ban in the major cities. As cities such as Delhi and Mumbai have not been showing any shows to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, this step has been affecting the overall performance of the film in the theaters. It is pretty difficult to predict how much fall would it witness in the coming days but it is going to be a poor show for the film for sure. Cinemas will remain shut for long periods and there is no scope of any progress in the film’s earning.
Baaghi 3 Earns Well in the First Week
Baaghi 3 has completed its first 8 days at the box office and the film has completed its first week on a strong note. The action film earned a total of Rs. 90.67 crore in the first seven days and it collected around Rs. 1.5 crores on its second Friday. Baaghi 3 has collected a total of Rs. 21.63 crore overseas which is a very good number. However, the film will face poor earnings in the coming years due to the coronavirus outbreak.
