Baaghi 3 movie hits the theaters today and the much-awaited film of Tiger Shroff created a lot of buzz before its release. After the success of the previous two parts of the Baaghi franchise, everyone is expecting a huge performance of the film on its maiden day. We have mentioned in detail the expected value of Baaghi 3 first day collection in this post. As per the available reports, Baaghi 3 has taken the highest advance for the year 2020 but the coronavirus outbreak could emerge as a big hurdle in the film’s progress at the box office.

Less Advance Due to Coronavirus Outbreak

Although Baaghi 3 has registered the highest value of advance for 2020, it is much less than the expected value. The ticket booking started about 5 days before the film release but the rising concerns due to coronavirus led to a decline in the ticket bookings in many parts of the country. On Thursday, a decline in the number of tickets sold was noticed and the film only managed to settle with an advance of just over Rs. 5.50 crores.

Positive Start in the Theaters

Baaghi 3 has taken a start of 30-35% in the theaters but it is less than the start of Baaghi 2 as the latter settled around 55% occupancy in the morning shows. The obvious reason for the decline is the coronavirus outbreak news which is making people stay at home. Baaghi 3 first day collection will also get affected due to it but it is not possible to tell up to what extent

Had it not been the fear of coronavirus spread among people, Baaghi 3 could have easily crossed the mark of Rs. 25 crores on its first day. However, it doesn’t seem to happen now and the film is expected to settle between Rs. 18-22 crores on its maiden day. We will update you with the right number as soon as it is out.
