Baahubali 2: The Conclusion hit the theaters in 2017 after the success of its first part, Baahubali: The Beginning. The film got a mind-blasting start at the box office and it kept on progressing seamlessly day after day.

It helped it cross the mark of ₹100 crores in the first weekend itself. The superb start helped the film to rule the big screen for many weeks. Not only did it perform well in the domestic markets but it also garnered a great response overseas.

As a result, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion broke many records in the Hindi film industry. It easily collected over ₹500 crores in the domestic market and surpassed the mark of ₹1600 crores worldwide. Finally, it settled with a total of ₹511.

For many years, no film managed to reach even close to the Hindi dubbed South film. But it was in January 2023 when Bollywood saw the entry of Pathaan, a comeback film for Shah Rukh Khan.

It started off its box office journey on a powerful note and earned over ₹55 crores on its first day. The film kept on seeing successive jumps and it allowed it to dominate the other films successfully.

The action-spy thriller film got the benefit of the poor performance of other films and it managed to cross the benchmark of ₹515 crores after the sixth weekend. Clearly, it stands at the top amongst the highest-grossing films of Bollywood to date and it is hard to break its record easily by other films. So, the winner in the battle, Bahubali 2: The Conclusion vs Pathaan is Pathaan.

And the Winner of this Box Office Battle is: Pathaan

Result Analysis:

Pathaan earned over ₹515 crores after its 6th weekend and it is still going on steadily. Clearly, this is a bigger collections than Bahubali 2: The Conclusion. So, the winner is Pathaan.
