Drishyam vs Raid

Both Drishyam and Raid are Ajay Devgn’s non-masala films. Drishyam is a mystery-thriller film and Raid falls into the category of action-thriller. Now, let’s talk about their box office performances.

Drishyam opened decently and did good business over its first weekend. It also performed decently on the weekdays and managed to reach around Rs. 40 crores mark in its first week. In its second week also, it repeated the same performance and took its lifetime collection over Rs. 70 crores.

On the other hand, Raid started its journey at the box office on a solid note and crossed Rs. 10 crores on its opening day. Also, it witnessed an excellent growth on Saturday and Sunday and crossed the first week business of Drishyam in just three days. In the overseas market too, it remained strong and earned over Rs. 10 crores in its first weekend.
