Gold movie has seen a wavering trend since its release at the box office. The sports drama film took an excellent opening on its first day but could not earn well the next day. On Friday, Gold grew on decent grounds due to holidays in some states and crossed the mark of Rs. 40 crores. This is a really crucial time for the film as the growth on the weekend would be an important factor to estimate its lifetime total. Gold 4th day collection is expected to be a good amount. Growth on Friday Places Gold in Better Position

Akshay Kumar’s movie, Gold witnessed a growth of 25% on its third day. This happened mainly because of the declaration of a holiday in some states on the demise of ex-PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji. Also, due to Parsi new year, Mumbai had an off which allowed people to visit their nearby theaters to watch the film. Gold has already earned near Rs. 45 crores in its first three days because of the robust opening on the Independence day. Have a look at the day-wise earning of Gold movie since its release:

  • Wednesday – Rs. 25.25 crores
  • Thursday – Rs. 8 crores
  • Friday – Rs. 10 crores
  • Total – Rs. 43.25 crores

4th Day Collection Early Estimates

Gold 4th day collection is all set to witness a good growth on Saturday. It is expected to grow in the range of 15-20% from Friday and would take its total over Rs. 55 crores. Gold Saturday collection is likely to settle around Rs. 12 crores on its 4th day. The film has a great chance to earn well on Saturday and Sunday. Gold’s performance on the 4th day would decide its hold on the weekdays.
