Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi has earned over Rs. 11 crores in the first three days at the box office. The franchise film took a low start but witnessed a growth on Saturday. Even, Sunday remained a good one for the film as it again showed a positive attitude in the theaters. Due to Sunday as well as Rakhshabandhan festival, HPBJ took a good jump to earn on decent grounds over the first weekend. Good Growth But Low Total
HPBJ had a low-opening but jumped well over the next two days to collect over Rs. 11 crores. The hold of the film is similar to its prequel, Happy Bhag Jayegi. The later also landed around the similar mark over the first weekend. But now the question is, “will it be able to sustain well over the weekdays?” It grew well and took a jump of 25% from Saturday to collect over Rs. 5 crores at the box office. Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi 3rd day collection had a less than expected share from Punjab side areas. Here is the first three-day collection of the film:
- Friday – Rs. 2.70 crores
- Saturday – Rs. 4.03 crores
- Sunday – Rs. 5.05 crores
- Total – Rs. 11.78 crores
Genius First Weekend Collection
The other film, Genius only managed to collect around Rs. 3 crores which is a low amount for the film. Genius took a very low opening and could not grow well on Saturday. On Sunday, the story remained similar as it only collected Rs. 1.35 crores to take its total to Rs. 3 crores.
