सिंघम फिल्म की बॉक्स ऑफिस पर बेहतरीन शुरुआत हुई थी। फिल्म से पहले वीकेंड पर रेकॉर्डतोड़ कमाई करने की आशा थी। फिल्म ने पहले हफ्ते में 50 करोड़ रूपये की कमाई की थी। दूसरे हफ्ते में फिल्म की कमाई में कुछ हद तक गिरावट देखने को मिली थी। फिल्म ने वेदशी मार्किट में भी प्रशंसनीय प्रदर्शन किया था जिसके चलते इसकी दुनिया भर की कमाई आसानी से 140 करोड़ रूपये से ऊपर निकल गई थी।

The film remained strong at the box office for many weeks and it ensured a huge lifetime earning for the film in the domestic market. In the overseas, Singham made a huge collection and collected over Rs. 40 crores. It is due to the powerful performance of the Singham which helped the film to cross Rs. 140 crores mark in the worldwide.
