Jawaani Jaaneman movie has completed its first week and it has just crossed the mark of Rs. 20 crores in the theaters. The film received a positive response from the metro audience and it maintained itself steadily on the weekdays after taking a poor start at the box office. Jawaani Jaaneman first week collection is somewhat average but the film has to perform well in the second week to make itself count. Keeping in mind the low occupancy for Jawaani Jaaneman in the second week, the film is not expected to attract much audience to its theaters.

Average Performance in the First Week

Jawaani Jaaneman settled at just over Rs. 20 crores at the end of its first week and the film will face a litmus test on its second Friday at the box office. It will be interesting to see how it fares on its eighth day in the theaters. Saif Ali Khan’s earlier film Baazaar also performed on similar grounds and collected an average amount. Even after a poor show over the first weekend, Jawaani Jaaneman gains some momentum and managed to perform steadily over the weekdays. Here is Jawaani Jaaneman first week collection in details:

  • Saturday – Rs. 4.55 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 5.04 crores

  • Thursday – Rs. 1.55 crores
  • Total – Rs. 20.21 crores

Tanhaji and Street Dancer 3D Box Office Collections

Tanhaji movie performed exceptionally well in the fourth week as well. After performing superbly in the first three weeks, the warrior film also maintained itself well in the fourth week. The film earned Rs. 21.65 crores in its fourth week and took its total to a mark of Rs. 259.52 crores. The other film, Street Dancer 3D ended its second week with a total of Rs. 71.36 crores and it collected Rs. 14.59 crores in its second week.
