Kesari movie has completed its first two days at the box office and it has done pretty well. Akshay Kumar’ film took the highest opening of 2019 and it turned out to be the second highest for the actor after Gold. Kesari 3rd day collection will see a jump on Saturday as is the trend on every first Saturday. The extended first-weekend run will bring a strong earning for Kesari in the theaters. Kesari has been performing well in all the regions.

Excellent Start Sets the Momentum for Kesari

Akshay Kumar’s film, Kesari has taken an excellent start at the box office. The Holi release got the benefit of the National Holiday on its opening day. Kesari crossed the mark of Rs. 21 crores on its first day and it dropped on decent grounds on its second day to earn near Rs. 16 crores. The total earning of Kesari after the two days stands at Rs. 37.76 crores. This is a better trending than Gully Boy and Total Dhamaal. Not only in the domestic market but also the film has received a very good response in the international market. Here is the first two days collection of Kesari:

  • Friday – Rs. 21.06 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 16.70 crores
  • Total – Rs. 37.76 crores

3rd Day Collection Early Estimates

Kesari 3rd day collection will show a growth of about 25-30% on Saturday and this will simply take the total earning near Rs. 60 crores at the box office. The positive word of mouth and strong critics’ reviews would simply take the film to a new height. The third-day collection will easily cross Rs. 20 crores mark which would further grow on Sunday. Kesari will present strong competition to the other holdover releases, Luka Chuppi and Badla. The real test for the film will be on Monday as it would have completed its extended weekend till Sunday.
