Kanika Dhillon has embedded everything about love relationships between young people in the film. The experiences they face while being in a romantic relationship before finding the perfect partner is shown in the film. Also, the dialogue writing has been superbly done and the conversations between Abhishek Kapoor and Taapsee Pannu are all the more alluring.
Music
The music of the film is excellently chosen and portray the emotions in a strong manner. Songs namely Dhyaanchand, Halla, Daryaa, and Sacchi Mohabbat are simply amazing to listen. Each character’s emotions have been portrayed on a great scale. Before the film’s release also, it was the high-class music of Manmarziyaan by Amit Trivedi which helped it to gain the popularity.
Direction
Anurag Kashyap has been outstanding in his direction in the film. There is a sense of maturity in the film about love and relationships. And the cinematography of Manmarziyan is simply of high quality. The first part of the story is slow but it picks the pace in the second half. The editing of the film has been done in the right fashion to keep the story interesting.
