Vijay and Raj are best friends since childhood. Vijay shifts to Bombay and becomes a Police Inspector. Raj, along with his brother Sanjay, meets Vijay in Bombay. Sanjay likes a girl named Jenny but Mahesh, the son of an influential and wealthy businessman Kedar, also eyes on Jenny. Sanjay humiliates Kedar and marries Jenny.
