Four young men meet on a train and discuss their plans about their future life. Initially, they manage to live their lives according to their plans. But when they run out of money, they decide to kidnap a rich businessman. Mussabhai, a rich person whom they abducted, is a head of Mumbai's underground activities and hence he becomes the biggest nightmare of their lives. However, they become friends with Mussabhai as they saved him from his biggest rival Sultan.
