The story revolves around the love of two people namely, Naren and Aditi. They got married to one another and had two children, Aisha and Ishaan. Aisha, the girl had a serious health condition, Pulmonary Fibrosis and this led her parents to struggle a lot to save their daughter’s life. Will they be able to save their daughter from this deadly disease?

The Sky Is Pink didn't have a fair start at the box office and it failed to attract the audience to its screen in large numbers. Till the first weekend, it only managed to get around Rs. 10 crores and the week show continued on the weekdays as well.
This led to a total of Rs. 15 crores in the film's collection and it also not managed to improve its performance in the second week. The Sky Is Pink ended the box office journey with a mere total of Rs. 20 crores which was too short of its budget.
