Movie Reception

Vicky Donor opened well in the theatres and witnessed an excellent growth over the first weekend. It also fell decently over the weekdays and recovered its budget cost over its first week. The film faced a stiff competition from the other releases namely, Housefull 2 and Hate Story but still earned well in its second week.

The drop in the second, as well as the third week at the box office, was low which ensured a total of over Rs. 40 crores in the lifetime. Vicky Donor also fared well in the overseas and earned over Rs. 60 crores in the world.
