Padman earned a solid box office collection over the first weekend due to humongous growth. The film grossed over Rs. 40 crores in the first three days. With holidays on the weekdays, it is expected to do good business in the first week. Meanwhile, let’s discuss Padman 4th day collection early estimates in details.

Low Response From Small Town Places

Although Padman garnered a solid response at many places, the film failed to attract small town audience because of its subject. Padman mainly focusses on the rural world but people from these areas have not shown much interest in the film. This is the reason for the low earning of Padman at these places.

Similar Trending to Airlift

Padman has shown similar trending to Airlift and witnessed similar growth over the weekend. But the thing to remember here is Airlift was a Republic day release and patriotism in the film helped the film to witness good earnings on Monday. Padman, on the other hand, has met with disappointment at some places due to its topic and is not expected to show similar growth to Airlift on its 4th day.

Amongst Akshay Kumar’s films based on social issues, Toilet Ek Prem Katha showed the highest growth at the box office. TEPK’s was a comedy film and its subject appealed to major sections of the society, which helped the film to earn a good collection.

Padman Monday Collection Early Estimates

Seeing the humongous growth of the film over the first weekend, we can expect it to hold well on the weekdays. On Monday, Padman is most likely to earn around Rs. 7 crores, which is approximately 70% of its opening day collection. It would also face competition from Padmaavat, which is doing well at the box office. But it would not make a major impact on the film’s performance. The holidays on the weekdays would help the film to register a good first week collection. More updates will be made available soon.
