It started its second week with a bang and earned Rs. 26 crores on first two days of the 2nd weekend. The film conferred a humongous growth of 60% on its second Saturday and crossed the lifetime business of Bajirao Mastani. Also, the film becomes the highest grosser of Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali productions. And it is soon to become the highest earner film of Deepika Padukone after Chennai Express.

On its 11th day, it is a Sunday and hence the film would show even more growth. It would collect around Rs. 22 – 24 crores on its second Sunday, which in other words means approximately 30% growth from its 10th day. Moreover, today Padmaavat would cross the first week collection of Tiger Zinda Hai.

However, the film may get screens in Gujrat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. If it happens, then this would increase the box office collection of the film. Now, the major challenge for the film is to maintain this stronghold on its weekdays of the second week.
