Sanju movie is on the verge of crossing its first week at the box office and has shown an excellent performance till now. The film crossed the mark of Rs. 185 crores on Wednesday and held strong in the theatres. Until now, Sanju has broken many records and become the highest grosser of 2018. Now, it is about to cross Rs. 200 crores mark in its first week and if it manages to do so then it would enter the list of films who had achieved this milestone in the past. Sanju first week collection depends a lot on the performance of the film on the 7th day. Here are the early estimates for first Thursday earning of Sanju.

List of Top Grossers in the First Half of 2018

2018 has brought many popular films and gave the audience a reason to entertain itself. Films namely Padmaavat, Padman, Raid, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Raazi, Parmanu, Veere Di Wedding, and Race 3 arrived at the box office and earned well in their lifetime. Both the content as well as the masala films generated a huge revenue in the theatres. Now, Sanju is the last film to release in the first half of 2018 and it has become the highest first week grosser of the year in just six days. Here is the total collection of top five grossers in the first week of 2018:

  • Sanju – Rs. 186.41 crores (6 days)
  • Padmaavat – Rs. 166.50 crores
  • Race 3 – Rs. 144.94
  • Baaghi 2 – Rs. 112.85 crores
  • Raid – Rs. 63.05 crores

The combination of Ranbir Kapoor and Rajkumar Hirani has worked extremely well on the screen. Both the actor as well as the director has done a great job in making Sanju a blockbuster at the box office.

7th Day Collection Early Estimates

Sanju has been earning exceptionally well in the theatres and has earned over Rs. 185 crores in its first six days. It showed a drop of 15% on Wednesday and earned near Rs. 19 crores. Now, all eyes are on whether Sanju would be able to cross the mark of Rs. 200 crores in its first week or not. Sanju First week collection is likely to achieve this milestone on Thursday. Ranbir Kapoor’s film would hold well on its 7th day and show a fall in the range of 10-15% from Wednesday. More updates about the film will be made available soon.
