Stree has been doing excellently at the box office and collected over Rs. 30 crores in just three days. Stree Monday collection would also be on the similar lines to Sunday as it is a national holiday due to Janamasthmi. The horror comedy film is a success in the theaters as it has grossed more than the expected. Stree has not only performed well in the multiplexes but also earned well in the single screens. Here are the early estimates for Stree 4th day collection.
Good Content is the Key to Film’s Success
The horror-comedy film, Stree started its journey at the box office well and witnessed a strong growth over the first weekend. Not only did Stree receive positive reviews from the critics but also gathered a strong word of mouth from the audience. Stree jumped by 60% and 97% from Friday on Saturday and Sunday respectively. This has only become possible because of the strong content of the film. No matter whether it is a holiday release or not, if a film is well made then the audience will definitely find its way to the theaters. Here is the first three day earning of Stree:
- Friday – Rs. 6.82 crores
- Saturday – Rs. 10.87 crores
- Sunday – Rs. 13.57 crores
- Total – Rs. 31.31 crores
4th Day Collection Early Estimates
Stree 4th Day Collection would be around Rs. 12-13 crores and it would take its total over Rs. 43 crores. The film’s first week is dependent on Tuesday and it would depend on the fall on the 5th day. Stree has not only done well in the single screens but also it has attracted a strong number of footfalls in the multiplexes. A strong first week total is on the cards for the film and Stree is a hit at the box office.
Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se First Weekend Collection
Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se has failed badly at the box office and just manages to earn around Rs. 6.50 crores over the first weekend. It started its journey with a poor earning and witnessed decent growth over the next two days. YPDPS is going nowhere and facing a stiff competition from the other films in the theaters. Update – Stree jumped by 40% from Friday and earned Rs. 9.70 crores on Monday. It was expected to be even more but its Monday earning remained lower than Sunday.
