The film fails to impress the audience as well as the critics alike which result in its sharp downfall after the first day. The film has been performing poorly after its first decline on Friday. Thugs of Hindostan has witnessed successive falls over the weekend and continued its poor show on Monday also. The failure of the film was decided on Friday only and the drops on the next two days confirmed the status. Now, on the rest of the weekdays, no miracle can be expected from Thugs of Hindostan. It has even underperformed than Race 3 which released earlier this year on the eve of Eid. Thugs of Hindostan 6th day collection is likely to witness a drop of 15-20% and earn in the range of Rs. 4.20-4.50 crores. After the first day, Thugs of Hindostan was supposed to cross the mark of Rs. 150 crores over the extended first weekend. But it underperformed to the extent that it is not even possible for the film to reach this mark in the first week.
