Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has been an average affair until now at the box office. Now, it has exhausted its 2-week theatrical run. In the second week, it fared on a decent level and gathered around ₹25 crores in its pockets.

Unfortunately, it didn’t quite well stand well on its 3rd Friday and witnessed less collection than its second Thursday. And it wouldn’t just impact Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’s 3rd Saturday collection but also ensure its average run on the big screen.

Expected to Jump by 30% on its Third Saturday

TJMM has fared less than the expectations from it and the reason for it is – not getting an optimal response in the mass circuits. It had the benefit of an extended first week due to the Holi period. However, it didn’t quite fare well during that time.

But it made a comeback on its second weekend with significant growth. And a partial holiday on the second Wednesday helped it sustain well in the theatres.

Ranbir Kapoor in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar

Had its 3rd Friday collection turned out to be similar to the 2nd Thursday, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar would have got a chance to emerge as a hit. But it didn’t happen and now it is confirmed that the film is going to be an average fare.

Now, on its 3rd Saturday, TJMM is likely to see a jump of over 30%. If it happens, this will take its total value to over ₹120 crores. TJMM has a chance to push its collection over ₹135 crores only if it sails strongly at the box office.

The film hasn’t faced much competition from the new releases last weeks as they don’t get to gather high earnings. Well, the only thing that has adversely impacted its box office performance is the poor response from the mass circuits.

Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway is Doing Well in the Theatres

Rani Mukherjee’s film, Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway has been holding well on the big screen. It earned over ₹10 crores in the first week and again showed a good performance on its 2nd Friday.

Now, it is Saturday and the film is likely to show a jump of at least 40% from the 2nd Friday. This is imperative for it to accomplish to take its total at a good value after the second week.

Zwigato, John Wick 4 and Bheed Collections

Kapil Sharma’s Zwigato earned a poor value after its first week as its total just reached ₹1.27 crores. It doesn’t have a chance to sustain in week 2 after this level of performing in week 1.

The new Bollywood release, Bheed, is not going to stand in the theatres at any cost. It is a black & white film which is a big no for the kind of entertainment today’s audience demands.

The other film John Wick 4 has got a better response than its previous parts. On its first day, the film collected over ₹5 crores which is a good collection. Now, it has a chance to jump on Saturday and Sunday. And it is likely to do well.
