Movie Review

According to News18,”Vidya Balan has delivered a wonderful performance as Sulu. The film is a winning premise and the film’s writer-director creates a world that is recognizable, giving us characters and scenario that is recognizable. The supporting actors have done their job pretty well. Post intermission, however, the script begins to flounder. As a result, Tumhari Sulu is warm, and light, and funny, but it’s missing heft.”

According to NDTV, “this is not a perfect film but if you look at the acting skills and technical skills, then it is worth watching. The story is well written and the center of attraction in the film is Vidya Balan, who has done a remarkable job in the movie.”

According to Indian Express,”the film is repetitive and stretched hence tests your patience. Vidya Balan has done a remarkable job in the film and it’s winning. The film is a light comedy and a heavy family drama. It displays the liveliness of a lady who is dealing with difficulties to find her way around in an effective manner.”

According to Times Of India,” the performance of the actor and co-actors is simply outstanding. Vidya Balan has presented different shades of a woman in an effective manner. The filmmakers manage sudden shifts from a light-hearted to a serious drama very effectively. Zonal shifts are not too jarring to disconnect from the story which is easily accessible.”

According to BOTY, “the film is a good mixture of comedy and serious drama. All the star cast especially Vidya Balan has done a superb job in the film. The film is little slow and repetitive but the liveliness of the Sulu’s character makes it worth watching.
