Plot Summary
Badho Bahu is a story of a physically strong girl, Komal. She is very helpful and humble in her behaviour. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she gets married to a Haryanvi wrestler, Lucky Singh Ahlawat. Their love story is not like others’. Lucky Singh does not like her wife and maintains distance from her. Will Komal be able to win her husband’s heart?

Badho Bahu is one of my favourite serials on Indian Television. I like the way it portrays the importance of a woman in a family. And the character of the lead actress teaches a lot of lessons to every girl. The way she fulfills all the responsibilities towards her family gives an inspiration to all the household ladies. The chemistry between Prince Narula and Rytasha Rathore is simply a fun to watch.

Badho Bahu has progressed a lot since its inception and is one of the popular serials on Indian TV. Over the time its TRP has shown good growth. Badho Bahu is very different from Indian Tv soaps and this is the tempting factor for the audience to watch it. Most of the serials are based on "Saas Bahu" issues but Badho Bahu shows a completely different love story of an overweight woman. It also raises an issue of male dominance in the Indian society and focusses on the need of women empowerment. When the show started its set catches fire but nobody received any injuries. Recently Badho Bahu received Zee Rishtey Award for its super strong trending on the Indian TV.
