Kayamath has an interesting plot which focussed both on friendship & on the love story. The serial starts with the story of Prach & Neev who are friends since their childhood. Later, the serial becomes more interesting when the love track of Neev & Prachi starts. Further, there comes many twists & turns on their way especially, in Prachi's life & the plot becomes quite boring & similar to the plots of other TV serials. Later, the plot becomes interesting again after the leap of 5 years shown in the show.
