This is the second season of the serial, Diya Aur Bati Hum. In this season, the story starts with the life events of Sandhya and Sooraj’s daughter, Kanak. Bhabho does not like Kanak because she assumes that Kanak is the reason for the death of Sandhya-Sooraj. Incidentally, Kanak gets married to a man, Umashankar who is a very superstitious and lover of mankind. Kanak and Umashankar both are opposite of each other. Kanak is a free minded and modern girl. Will they live a happily married life?

Tu Sooraj, Main Saanjh Piyaji reflects both the elements of love and hatred. Just like its prequel, Diya Aur Baati Hum, it is in full demand. The background score and music is very good.
