Firangi First Week Collection | Dull Performance

Last week release, Firangi, came with high hopes at the box office. Kapil Sharma’s last release Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon was impressive but Firangi fails to repeat the similar trending at the box office. Firangi First week collection shows a dull performance of the film and its failure to take advantage of a wonderful opportunity due to the postponement of Padmavati.

Firangi First Week Collection Shows Poor Performance

Kapil Sharma, who had enthralled the audience with his excellent comedy in his first film, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, fails to repeat the same magic in Firangi. The film failed to receive the kind of start expected by the makers and the whole story changes at the box office.

The film took 4 days to cross the first day collection of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, this too in a low competition week. Had there been a big film like Padmavati in the same week, the situation could have been even worse. The lifetime business of the film is not going to cross the mark of the first two-day collection of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. The changed image of Kapil Sharma’s character in the film might be the reason for such a low number of footfalls for the film.

Here is the day-wise collection of the film:

  • Friday – Rs. 2.10 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 2.31 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 2.65 crores
  • Monday – Rs. 1.35 crores
  • Tuesday – Rs. 1.04 crores
  • Wednesday – Rs. 0.95 crores
  • Thursday – Rs. 0.85 crores (Updated)

Total – Rs. 11.25 crores (Updated)

Tera Intezaar First Week Collection is too Low

Sunny Leone and Arbaaz Khan starrer Tera Intezaar shows poor collection throughout the first week and the collection of the films shows a low number.

Here is the first-week collection of the film:

  • Friday – Rs. 0.50 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 0.60 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 0.70 crores
  • Monday – Rs. 0.25 crores
  • Tuesday – Rs. 0.25 crores
  • Wednesday – Rs. 0.20 crores
  • Thursday – Rs. 0.18 crores (updated)

Total – Rs. 2.68 crores (Updated)

Tumhari Sulu Third Week Collection Remains Good

Tumhari Sulu is performing decently even in the third week and the film has managed to do good business at the box office.

Here is the box office collection of the film:

First Week – Rs. 19.78 crores

Second Week – Rs. 9.49 crores

Third Week –

  • Friday – Rs. 0.52 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 1.30 crores

  • Monday – Rs. 0.40 crores
  • Tuesday – Rs. 0.41 crores
