Hindi Medium remains rock-steady in its third week too

Irrfan Khan starrer, Hindi medium that got enthusiastic reviews from the critics and fans alike, has crossed 50 crore mark. Thanks to its strong content and extraordinary performances the film has managed to collect Rs 56.20 crores till now and is running strong at box office. The film collected Rs 1.31 crores on Monday. Despite getting stiff competition from other releases, the film has performed exceptionally well. The film was made with a budget of 22 crores and has managed to collect make a profit of 34.21 crores which marks a splendid profit of 155.50%. It is quite evident from figures that the film has turned out to a profitable project for its makers.

Hindi Medium is an interesting story of a couple who want to give their daughter the best education so that she does not feel inferior to elite children of her age group. The film also centers around the idea that every child should be given same level of education irrespective of their economical status. The film is directed by Saket Chaudhary.
