Even though Katrina Kaif is busy shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai in Austria she has not quit her daily exercise regime. Freezing temperatures in Austria is not holding the glamorous actress from working out. A source said that her trainer Reza Khetani is on the move with Katrina. They are shooting in the mountains 1,400 ft above the sea level. The trainer does not have access to any equipment needed to work out and extemporizes with what gets.
Katrina is learning planche. Planche is a skill used in gymnastics where the body is held equivalent to the ground by the arms. It gives the illusion of floating. The position gives flexibility and dexterity to the body. The position call for balance and strength both of which are needed by the actress to perform action scenes that is to be done in the movie with Salman Khan.
Directed by director Ali Abbas Zafar, this movie is a sequel of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ released in 2012. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is due for release on December 22, 2017. Katrina Kaif is an ISI agent from Pakistan while Salman Khan works for RAW from India.
