Padman 2nd Tuesday Collection, Padmaavat Witnesses Negligible Fall

Padman completed its first 11 days at the box office and collected decently. The film is doing steady performance and is not showing any major variation in its collection. On the other hand, Padmaavat has shown its stronghold since its release and is in no mode of slowing down. Padman 2nd Tuesday Collection Early Estimates

Padman completed its first week on a solid note and took advantage of partial holidays on the weekdays. However, the film faced difficulty in the week 2 in attracting a good audience due to competition from the new as well as holdover releases. But it recovered itself over the 2nd weekend and got benefitted due to poor show by the new film Aiyaary.

On its 2nd Monday, Padman showed decent trending and got affected by the superb performance from Padmaavat. Now, on the weekdays of week 2, Padman is expected to perform on the similar grounds and would cross Rs. 80 crores by the end of this week. Today, Padman is most likely to witness a decent drop of around 15-20% and would settle in the range of Rs. 1.15-1.20 crores.

Padmaavat 4th Tuesday Early Estimates

Padmaavat has maintained its stronghold even in the fourth week. After having a superb 4th weekend, Padmaavat witnessed only 10% fall on Monday and presented a stiff competition to other films. Even Padman could not escape from the brunt of Padmaavat at the box office. Till now, the movie has grossed over Rs. 278 crores and is still holding well.

Padmaavat has already earned over Rs. 10 crores in the first 4 days of week 2 and would easily surpass Rs. 14 crores by the end of this week. Seeing the strong performance of the film, it is expected to remain active in the coming weeks. Padmaavat worldwide collection has already crossed Rs. 500 crores mark and it could have been even more if it had received full screens. On its 4th Tuesday, Padmaavat is not likely to show any significant fall and would land in the range of Rs. 1.30 – 1.40 crores. More updates will be made available soon.
