Last Friday, two low budget films namely Qarib Qarib Singlle and Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana released at the box office. The movies started their journey with a similar low start but rest of the days shows a difference in their collection. Irrfan Khan and Parvathy starrer film, Qarib Qarib Singlle started its box office journey with a low start but ended its first weekend with a decent collection. On Monday, the movie showed a dip in its collection. The rest of the days of the week also showed a similar collection. Clearly, the movie faced a stiff competition from the holdover releases.
Hence, Qarib Qarib Singlle First Week Collection ends on a decent note. The best thing about the film is that it earned the highest collection among all the new releases of last Friday. The movie is expected to face competition from the new releases namely Tumhari Sulu, Aksar 2, and the Hollywood release Justice League 2. Among these three new releases, Justice League is expected to present a major competition in front of the film.

Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana received mixed reviews from the critics and started its box office journey with a very low start. The film did show some growth on Saturday and Sunday but rest of the weekdays ended with a low box office collection. It faced a stiff competition from Qarib Qarib Singlle and the holdover releases.
In the coming week, new films are making their entry at the box office and it would be difficult for the film to avail a good number of screens. Seeing the competition from other films, the film is not expected to show any variation in the next week.
