Hindi movie goers have two movies to watch this Friday. Both Raabta and Behen Hogi Teri has romance as the central element. While Raabta has been in hype due to Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon‘s dating rumors, Behen Hogi Teri has one of the most talented actors, Rajkummar Rao. Raabta has a drama in big dose and Behen Hogi Teri follows a rib-tickling approach. Raabta is a much bigger film with its director Dinesh Vijan is going all out to make it an ultra classy urban romantic affair with larger than life rebirth angle thrown in for good measure. On the other hand, Behen Hogi Teri is a film made on a controlled budget with a small town realistic appeal to it.
Interestingly, both the movies feature Rajkummar. In Raabta, he plays a cameo of 324 years old man and in Behen Hogi Teri, he is a lead actor opposite Shruti Hassan. Incidentally, both Sushant and Rajkummar have worked together in Kai Po Che and are now clashing with each other.Raabta could have gotten a solo release on June 9 as Behen Hogi Teri was earlier supposed to be released on June 2. But the makers shifted the date because it would have then locked horns with movies like Baywatch and Wonder Women.
Rajkummar-Shruti’s film will face Sushant-Kriti’s romantic thriller drama and we are eagerly waiting to know who will win the battle.
