Salman Khan to Play ‘Tubelight’ in Kabir Khan’s Next Film

The upcoming directorial venture from Kabir Khan with his friend Salman Khan is titled “Tubelight”. The film is plotted on a story of two brothers where Salman will play one of them. The film will also star Deepika Padukone and earlier it was reported that the film is titled “Majhdhaar”. But the director refused those reports and claimed “Majhdhaar” is a ‘boring title’.

The source also adds that the movie is an old-fashioned drama based on the sets of 1960’s and it will have another actor to play the equivalent lead. But the movie seems that there is not so much chance for the heroine. Now it is getting more interesting to find out who is going to play the role of Salman’s brother.

The film is already seeming to be in the same mood as the director’s last film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” and will emphasis on Salman’s role. The film is expected to release in August and the trade analysts are excited for the movie as the director-actor duo have already brought two massive successes in the box office previously.
