It seems there is much more waiting to be enjoyed in the year 2017. And box office clashes are definitely one of them. The year has already started with the box office conflict between Hrithik’s Kaabil and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees as both are scheduled to release on the same date. And now Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor is most probably to witness the same situation.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar has planned to release Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai in Christmas on 22nd of December to take the advantage of solid 4 days weekend while it is speculated that Ranbir’s next film based on Sanjay Dutt Biopic too is set to hit screen on the same day. The film is yet to be titled that is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
There might be various reasons for this conflict as Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor is not in good terms over Katrina Kaif while there is also a recent fall out between Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan.
However, the release date of Ranbir Kapoor’s movie is still not officially announced, so it is to see if anyone moves from their decision.
