Zaira Wasim and Aamir Khan starrer Secret Superstar released on Thursday with high expectations. The film registered low collection which is not an exception with any Diwali release. Since people remain busy in the evening with the Diwali rituals so it is obvious for any Diwali release to earn less on this day.
The film is not a masala entertainer but it is full of emotions which is why it witnessed growth on Friday. Since the film has got one more day for word of mouth, so it is expected to register a good collection on its first weekend. Secret Superstar is facing a stiff competition from Golmaal Again, which is a first preference of the audience during the festive season.

Despite receiving low collection on its opening day, Secret Superstar Friday and Saturday Box Office Collection shows growth. This is a proof that the audience is watching this movie with good interest. Dangal fame, Zaira Wasim has done a splendid job in the film and hence the film has managed to attract the audience to the theaters.
Talking about the numbers, the film registered almost double growth on Friday and its Saturday collection is also showing good number. On Saturday, it showed only a small drop of around 10% which is quite good for this type of film. Secret Superstar Sunday Collection is expected to witness a growth of 10% as compared to its Saturday collection.
