Parmish Verma rose to name and fame after he appeared as a singer in many songs like Shada and Gaal Ni Kadni. Now, the singer is set to appear in Punjabi remake of the blockbuster movie, Singham. Parmish will act as the main lead in the movie. Other actors are yet to be finalized.
Singham in Punjabi will be directed by Ajay Devgn himself. And it will be produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak. This will be the 1st time Parmish Verma will try his hand at a big brand movie. Previously, Parmish was seen in a movie, Rocky Mental, which failed to survive at the box office. Will he be able to fair well in Singham remake? Ajay Devgn took to Twitter to announce the official remake.
Singham has been made several times in India now. Firstly, it released in Tamil in the year 2010. The Tamil version starred Suriya and Anushka Shetty. The movie was such a massive hit that Bollywood makers decided to remake this movie in Hindi. And so, Rohit Shetty directed Singham in Bollywood, starring Ajay Devgn and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles. Again the movie was a super hit.
Furthermore, now Punjabi movie industry has brought the remake rights of this movie. And very soon, it will be remade in Punjabi and release in the year 2019. Not just Hindi and Punjabi, the movie was remade in Telugu and Kannada as well. Singham is about an honest police officer, Bajirao Singham, who fights the corrupt politicians.
