Kangana Ranaut starrer Simran has released today at the box office. This is a much- awaited film of Kangana Ranaut and its songs and trailer have created a lot of buzz before its release. This year Bollywood has witnessed a bad phase for a long time and so all eyes are on Simran to make it to the list of hit films.

The film is in competition with another release, Lucknow Central  but keeping in mind the stardom of Kangana Ranaut, the film is not expected to be affected by other holdovers and new releases. The film is released on approximately 2500 screens and according to the morning data available with us, both the films are getting a dull response on its opening day.

Simran is expected to do some magic at high multiplexes and hence could raise its collection. But the poor response for the film has made it mandatory for the film to perform well on the weekend. The next factor which is important to decide the fate of the film is a word of mouth from the audience.
