Sonu ke Titi ki Sweety is having a dream run at the box office. After a strong start, the film has gotten even more strong till now. The drop in its collection have been negligible. After defeating Pari last week at the box office, SKTKS is dominating in its 3rd week as well.
And not just in India, SKTKS is doing really strong in the overseas markets as well. In just 2 weeks the film has crossed around Rs. 12.09 crores which is very very good. Most Major films fail to hit the 2 Million mark. But SKTKS is banking on its content quality and doing strong business all over the world.
This is clearly, one of the biggest hits of the year now after Padmavat and Padman. SKTKS has easily crossed Padman Collection as well. Apparently, people are getting more and more aware of the quality cinema that Luv Ranjan (director) creates.
The film is likely to add another 6-8 crore over the weekdays. Next week SKTKS is in competition with Ajay Devgn’s Raid. Raid is not a major film with mass appeal, also it hasn’t really been promoted very well. So SKTKS has a decent chance of touching the Rs. 100 crores mark, which will be a first for a Luv Ranjan Film. SKTKS Needs to just do another 8 crores or more in the 4th and 5th week, which will ensure grand success to the film.
