Tiger Zinda Hai First Day breaks records | Figures Updated

It’s Here and its wrecking havoc. Tiger Zinda Hai is here and its rocking at the box office. The film has taken a fantastic opening and its almost housefull at the Majority of Single screens Nationwide. We have a clear-cut possibility of an all-time best non-holiday opening or first-day collection.

Film starts with an Advance of ₹24 crores

The Biggest news is that the film started with a fantastic Advance on Sunday which became brilliant on Thursday. On Wednesday the total collection of TZH from Advance bookings was Rs. 14.5 crores. It jumped on Thursday and as of 11 pm Thursday night the total earnings from advance surpassed the mark of Rs. 24 crores.

TZH First Day Collection – Estimates

Now let’s talk about the first day of the film. An Advance of Rs. 24 crores almost guarantee a Rs. 35 crores plus day one. Sultan which started off with Rs. 21 crores in Advance ended up the opening day collection of Rs. 36.5 crores If we follow the pattern TZH should surpass that mark easily as it got a head start. But Sultan was a Eid Holiday opening and a different scenario.

The Highest First-day collection till now belongs to Bahubali 2, which surpassed the 40 crores mark. And if Tiger decides to roar in the evening then the film is going to break that record as well.

And in case you are wondering, the reviews and word of mouth are not going to have any effect on the performance on the film in the first couple of days. If Tiger decides to roar, nobody can stop it.

Movie Still – Tiger Zinda Hai

Southern Competition

TZH is facing competition today from movies in the South as there are two major releases. The Tamil Movie – Velaikaran released in the south, and it’s doing strong collections and expected to cross Rs. 20 crores gross in India.

Final Updates

As of now the only thing which can be said is that TZH is likely to break the Rs. 35 crores Barrier today. Not an easy task but this Salman Khan starrer is making it look very easy.

More updates and Tiger Zinda Hai First day Final Nos will be available in the Evening and Tomorrow morning. Keep Visiting Bestoftheyear.in for Authentic box office updates.

Update (Saturday 2:50 AM)

Tiger Zinda hai First Day Collection finally settled at the mark of Rs. 33.75 crores net. This is a fantastic figure is slightly below our early estimates. The film couldn’t go past 35 crores and that can be credited to the fact that its facing stiff competition in the south.

Tiger Zinda Hai is also doing rock solid collection in the overseas markets as well. Here are some updates from International territories.

  • Australia – Rs. 1.01 crore
  • New Zealand – Rs. 0.39 crore
  • Middle East – Rs. 6.10 crore

We are still calculating figures for some regional territories. And will update the data once again soon.

Update: The first day collection of Tiger Zinda Hai is Rs. 34.10 crores and it has performed remarkably well.
