Rishabh and Parineeta love each other. Rishabh works in an advertising company while Parineeta is a doctor. Soon both get married and Parineeta get pregnant. However, she and her baby dies in a tragic accident. After this incident, Rishabh goes into depression mode. However, he remembers Parieeta's last wish to donate her heart to her patient Dhani. Rishabh comes across Parineeta's project to build a hospital for children. Dhani and Rishabh come across each other and she get attracted to him. Soon realising that Dhani possesses Parineeta's heart, he falls in love with her and they both get together.
