Special 26 started its journey at the box office on a decent note whereas Raid opened strongly. Akshay Kumar’s movie fared decently over the first weekend and only crossed the mark of Rs. 23 crores. Special 26 performed decently on the weekdays and earned Rs. 38 crores. On the other hand, Raid crossed the first-week collection of Special 26 over its first weekend and held well on the weekdays. Raid would easily cross the lifetime collection of Special 26 on its second weekend. Hence, the winner between the two movies is Raid.
