Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India narrates the story of an Army officer who has no control over his anger. And so, because of his impulsive decisions, he is sent to his home back. He will be able to retain his job only if he acquires a no objection certificate from a popular psychologist. Now how he manages it, becomes an entertainment ride for the viewers.
