So, it is confirmed that Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra will team up now in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next venture Sahir Ludhianvi’s biopic. The duo will share screen after such a long gap of 9 years. Priyanka Chopra is in town now and she is in talk with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. However, when asked earlier the actress denied such news and said that she is always in touch with the director and will love to do all kind of movies with him.
Earlier report suggested that it is Shah Rukh Khan who will play the lead role in Sudir Ludianvi’s biopic. However, the recent report says that Abhishek Bachchan has been roped in for the lead role while Priyanka Chopra will play the female lead as Amrita Pritam, the love interest of the Urdu poet-Lyricist Ludianvi.
The movie is titled as Gustakhiyan which will depict the love story and relationship of Sudhir Ludianvi and Amrita Pritam before the Urdu poet-Lyricist get involved with Sudha Malhotra, a singer and actress.
Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek were seen together in couple of movies such as Dostana, Bluffmaster and Drona. All these movies entertained the viewers highly. However, this movie is completely different, so let’s wait for the movie to hit the screen.
