Rakesh Roshan, the director, and producer of 2013’s super hit movie Krrish 3 is under trouble now as a charge sheet is been filed against him accusing that he has plagiarized some part of that blockbuster from a city based writer’s novel Sooardan. The writer is a local writer named as Roopnarayan Sonakar who has lodged a FIR in the last year May in the Dalanwala Police station stating some portion of his novel Sooardan is copied by Rakesh Roshan for the movie Krrish 3.
The charge sheet is filed against this director yesterday by the sub-inspector Subodh Kumar who is posted at the same police station Dalanwala Police Station, in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vivek Dwivedi.
As per the charge sheet, sufficient evidence is there against the director and he is guilty of violating the Section 63 of the Copyright Act according to which the court will send summon to Rakesh Roshan and they can take appropriate action against him in case he remains unresponsive.
So, let’s wait to see what happen next and the director-producer is charged with how much fine.
