The much-awaited film of Varun Dhawan, Judwaa 2 released today with very high expectations. The film is a remake of Salman Khan starrer, Judwaa which released 20 years ago, in 1997. The film needs no introduction as the audience is already aware of it completely. Let’s have a look at the reviews it has received from all the leading critics of Bollywood.

Movie Review

  • According to Meena form Times Of India, Varun Dhawan has played his role very well. The comedy of the film is really good and there is nothing intelligible in the script as its dialogues are repetition from various masala movies. It is an innocent fun film to pander the child in anyone. And lastly, it is a good substitute for your Dussehra party.
  • According to Indian Express, the film is a light-hearted comedy that definitely stands a good chance at the box office. The movie is a perfect dose of candy floss romance, exotic locales, and a colorful canvas during the festive season. All the three actors have done their job brilliantly.
  • According to Hindustan Times, the film is designed as a musical and starts spouting cheesy one-liners right from the word go. The strength of the film lies in the spontaneity of its jokes and the film does not pretend to be smart at all. The film has some unpredictable and absurd moments, but they mostly work.
