A poor man Raja opens a restaurant opposite to a five-star hotel run by Mr. Singhaniya. Mr. Snghaniya uses all his power to remove him from that site. Trouble occurs when his daughter falls in love with Raja, to which Singhaniya is not going to agree. Eventually, he agrees to accept Raja as his son-in-law, only to have his daughter elope with a man named Rahul.
