A man named Love creates a drug that was used by Hitler in WW2 to transform humans into some superhumans. That drug used to enhance the abilities of a human to their fullest. When he sold the drug to some terrorist groups, millions of people lost their lives. Now it is upon the shoulders of Indian RAW agent, Akhilan, to stop him and save more lives from being destroyed.
