Farmers in Shankar’s village in Anantpur district fight a corporate company against the acquisition of farm lands that contain untapped water. Shankar supports them and join hands with them to settle this matter legally. Kaththi Seenu, a prisoner who looks exactly like Shankar escapes from jail and meets Shankar when some rowdys tried to attack Shankar. Kaththi decides to impersonate Shankar to escape from police. Later how Kaththi comes to know about the farmers and how he helps them forms the rest of the movie.
