Khosla is obsessed with obtaining a plot of land for in Delhi, which is his sole occupation and preoccupation. On visiting his plot site he finds that it has been fraudulently captured by a swindling property dealer. So a Delhi-based middle-class man fights half-heartedly to get his property back from the fraud property dealer with the help of his sons and their friends.
