Barkat Singh is a retired army major. He was awarded by Indian Gov. for his extraordinary efforts in defense services. Now Barkat Singh stays in his city where he observes that mafia raaj controls the whole administration of the city. He decides to fight against them to eradicate all the evil elements from the place.
