Roma, daughter of a jailer, is a journalist by profession. One day when she was taking a tour o the jail, she was molested by some inmates. Vishal, another inmate, came to her rescue. Later Roma came to know that Vishal has been charged a death penalty for murdering 4 people. She decides to investigate it further. Through Jindal, the owner of her publications, Roma finds out that Vishal took law in his hand when courts refused to help. Soon, Vishal is released from prison. He starts working under Jindal, taking murder contracts. He thinks he is eliminating crime from the city. But he is totally unaware of his hidden agenda.
