Rascals

This is a story of 2 con-men, Bhagat and Chetan, who tries to woo a wealthy woman, Khushi, by outdoing each other. Where one pose as a social worker and attempts to raise funds for a cause, the other pose as a blind person to gain Khushi’s sympathy. But things go haywire when Anthony Gonsalves, a Mumbai based gangster who was badly humiliated by the 2 con-men, abducts Khushi to take revenge from the two.
